La Sirena Gordita was established in 2014, but was 10 years in the planning stage in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. With more than 30 years of cooking and bar experience, based on traditional recipes, we only planned to be an extension of Villa Star of the Sea, solely for the guests of Villa Star of the Sea.
